This 1946-47 Virginia INSPECTION Sticker is reproduced and restored from an original. 

The first Virginia stickers appeared in 1932 but this 1946-47, so far is the earliest we have been able to locate.

This is a peel and stick sticker identical to the original, front and back, and in size, except the paper and ink is actually far superior to the original.
