This 1983-86 Inspection sticker first issued in late 1983. It brought a change in PA stickers as now the month and year was punched out by the MVD. Buyer can punch out desired month with a paper punch.
It has been restored and reproduced exactly as the original both front and back. It has our patented "Peel and Stick" format that peels and sticks to the inside of your windshield. .
