1938 MO Tax Registration Inspection Liberty

This 1938 Liberty Missouri tax and registration/Inspection sticker verified the registration of the vehicle.  It appears that the cities took care of registrations that far back as this sticker is both a license and tax Identification decal. Car also had to be inspected.
