1951 Illinois Tax/ Inspection Receipt CHICAGO

This 1951 Chicago  Tax/Inspection windshield receipt sticker has been restored and reproduced identical to the original in our archives.

It is perfect for Chicago area  Illinois classic cars to identify in car shows.

 All cars in the Chicago area were required to have a sticker in the windshield. Vehicle had to be inspected to obtain tax sticker and this receipt.

Approximately 3 1/2 inches high by 2 inches wide, it can go with the 1951 Chicago inspection/tax sticker available here.

Illinois did not have state inspections like most other states for very long. It did have them in many individual locations (See our other IL stickers)
