This 1966 Chicago IL sticker is for a permit to operate on streets that did not allow commercial vehicles.

It was a strange law that gave vehicles permission under certain circumstances to do what vehicles were not allowed to do on marked streets.

It has been restored and reproduced directly from an original. It was issued in 1966 and expired in 1967.

It has our patented "Peel and Stick" format that allows attaching to the inside of the windshield.

For an additional $10.00 buyer can order this sticker with your license plate number where the serial number now resides.

Our thanks to Vance (Vman) , Chicago, IL for providing the original, (Dec 2009).
