This 1940 Texas Safety Lane Sticker was issued in Texas from 1935 to 1950.
It was placed on resold used cars and at roadside inspections and for an unknown "Safety Lane" issue.
The original sticker was very small but cut in the shape of Texas like the later 50's stickers.
This sticker we are offering now is the exact duplicate of the original except it is printed on a square white background and larger than the original to be in line with the later issues. We have also added the year printed on the front of the sticker.
This sticker has our patented "Peel and Stick" format that allows you to place the sticker on the INSIDE passenger side of your windshield.
