1979 Indiana Inspection Sticker Blue

This 1979 Indiana Inspection Sticker was carefully restored and reproduced directly from an original front and back.

These sickers were issued for four years but the colors of the numbered month identified from a distance what year it was issued. The colors of the numbers remained the same thru each year.

From 1973 to 1983 there were four colors Red, black, blue and green. 1979 was BLUE

It has been treated to prevent fading. It has our patented "Peel and Stick" format to allow adhering to the inside windshield. 

Indiana started issuing oficial Inspection stickers in 1969 and discontinued them in the early 80's

HOWEVER, all the way back to 1950 they had "Safety Check" stickers that were issued by car dealers and also garages that repaired cars ticketed with defective equipment 

This sticker can be ordered with your choice of month other than month shown for an additional $5.00

Orders without a desired month will receive a random month number.

This sticker can also be ordered with your own antique license plate number on front of the sticker where the serial number now is for an additional $10.00
