Chicago Motor Club 1950's

This sticker issued to drivers connected to the Chicago Motor club during the 1950's.  It is a 3" circle on a 3 by 3 inch background.

We are looking for any information anyone may have to this club.

Does it still exist or is it totally antique?

This sticker has our "Peel and Stick format which allows attaching to the inside window of your car.
