This awesome sticker should have been issued in 1942. It was not part of the Keep Em Flying group but certainly should have been.
It displays the P-51 Mustang Tuskeegee Red Tail fighter.
These planes, easily identified by their red tails were flown by Black American fighter pilots. At first despised by white pilots, they quickly became heros by escorting bombers over Germany. No American bomber was ever shot down with these heroic pilots defending them. Trained at Tuskeegee Alabama, these men were true American heroes.
This sticker as well as others can be displayed on any classic pre-war car.
